Jalondra Davis, MS ‘02, has accepted the position of adjunct professor at Cal State University of Dominguez Hills, where she will teach classes in their Africana Studies Department.

Melinda Love (MS '07)

Congratulations to Melinda Grant, MS ‘07, who was awarded a spring semster internship with the Department of Education in Washington, D.C. She will depart in March. Safe Travels!

Benjamin Bradbury (MS '08)

Passing it on. Berkeley sophomore and former high school football stand-out, Benjamin Bradbury, MS ‘08, will check in as an assistant coach for the Berkeley High School Freshman football team, where he will serve as an example of a true scholar athlete.

Ashley Thaxton-Stevenson (MS '10)

Ready for the stage. Ashley Thaxton, MS ‘10, is one of only four NYU freshman to be cast in the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development’s production of “Alice: Through the Looking-Glass,” a family freindly interpretation of Lewis Carol’s classic “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.” There will be multiple performances in late October and early November at the Press Hall Black Box Theater.

Very photogenic. Francis Poon, MS ’09, is currently a Photo Intern at Esquire Magazine’s New York City offices, in addition to all of his work for NYU’s Washington Square News.
