Day 3: Alan Smolinisky
The son of poor immigrant parents who came to the United States from Argentina, Alan spoke to Scholars about how his family influenced his life. A principal of Conquest Housing, Alan is an active board member of Homeboy Industries and sits on the LA Dodgers Foundation board, the team’s charity focused on education, sports and health in Los Angeles’ most economically challenged communities.
