Biography

While a standout high school student at Highland HS in the Antelope Valley, Richard served as the founder and president of Hero Club (Helping Everyone Reach Out), a unique service club that recruited students and community members to plan multiple events. He graduated from Pomona College where he studied neuroscience in preparation for medical school. He has completed a number of research internships in oncology as well as patient- focused advocacy work. Richard is currently a medical student at UCSF.
