Mirna is a sophomore at Stanford University where she hopes to major in Economics. During the summer of 2017, she served as a Research Intern for Gender and Socioeconomic Inequality Research in Academic Major Decisions at Stanford. She graduated as the valedictorian from Francisco Bravo Medical Magnet High School in Los Angeles. As a high school student, Mirna conducted cancer research at USC and was featured on ABC7 News as one of its “Cool Kids.”
