Jenny Tsang-Quinn

Biography

Jenny is the Chief of Clinical Programs and Network Development of the Department of Population Health at Maimonides Medical Center, a major hospital network in Brooklyn, New York. She was previously the Assistant Vice President of Primary Care Services and Chief of Clinical Network Development at Maimonides Medical Center. In addition to helping to launch and integrate major healthcare reform efforts through a health home and several patient-centered medical homes, Jenny was part of the team that implemented a multi-million dollar Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation Center Innovation project to improve coordination of care for patients with complex medical issues.
