Biography

Hamidah is a 4th year medical student at UCSF and applying into ophthalmology. She graduated in 2018 from Cambridge University in England, where she completed a Master's program in the history and philosophy of science and medicine. She graduated from Harvard College in 2017 with degrees in the history of science and public health. She is passionate about global medicine, and has previously traveled to Peru and the Philippines on fellowships. She is also invested in academia and research, having published and presented several papers throughout medical school. Her hobbies include being outdoors, attempting DIY projects, and most recently keeping up with her 9 month old baby!
