Melinda Love (MS '07)

Learning today, teaching tomorrow. Melinda Grant, MS ’07, began work toward a master’s degree in urban education at the UCLA School of Education this fall.


Hong Ye Mai (MS '08)

Future in focus. Hong Ye Mai, MS ’08, will graduate from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business this winter and spend a semester at University College in London during the spring. He has accepted an offer of a full-time position with Barclays when he returns.

Campaign Season: Emanuel Yekutiel, MS ‘07, has secured a paid position in the Obama campaign as one of its New Hampshire field organizers.


Maro Sciacchitano (MS '99)

Model Citizen: In September, Maro Sciacchitano '99, competed in the International Create Challenge 2012 in Martingy, Switzerland. His team was a awarded an 10 thousand dollar prize for developing a method for producing 3 dimensional physical models of the human brain from medical imaging data. The team hopes this technology will open a new window to understanding brain structure and pave the way towards leveraging 3-D printing technology in neuroscience and other medical disciplines. Congratulations!


Jalondra Davis Brown (MS '02)

Fantastic Fellowship: Congratulations are in order for Jalondra Davis, MS ‘02,who was recently awarded a Ford Foundation Predoctoral Fellowship to work toward her Ph.D. in Ethnic Studies at the University of California, Riverside this fall.


Caitlin Zellers (MS '12)

Mental Note: Caitlin Zellers, MS ‘12, is one of three undergraduates to have curated an exhibit in the Dartmouth libraries this term. “Perturbations, Water Nymphes, and the Devil Perceptions of Mental Disease Then and Now,” is housed in the Class of 1965 Galleries in Rauner Special Collections Library and runs from April 2nd through June 21st.


Dennis Ojogho (MS '12)

Big Apple Advocacy: Dennis Ojogho, MS ‘12, has secured a summer internship with the Legal Aid Foundation of New York, where he will be part of their educational advocacy for children with disabilities. Congratulations!


Nicholas Fine (MS '12)

Help is on the Way: Nico Fine, MS ‘12, has joined the M.I.T. Media Lab Biomechatronics research group, where he works in Variable-impedance Prosthetic (VIPr) Socket Design. They will soon launch an initial version of an interactive encyclopedia of bio-mechanical technology.
