William graduated from Harvard with a degree in Social Anthropology and a minor in Ethnicity, Migration, and Rights. During his time at Harvard, he was deeply involved in equity, inclusion, & belonging work, served as a program marshal on the Senior Class Committee, and conducted research as part of the Mellon Mays Fellowship. He also served as a hotline counselor for the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center. After graduation, he returned to his Midwestern roots by moving to Chicago. There, he works as a Youth Organizer with the HANA Center. Through his work, William hopes to be part of a compassionate social justice that heals and restores.
