Biography

Nancy is the Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. She formerly served as Chief of Staff to the New York State Senate Minority Whip. A native of Guatemala, Nancy is a graduate of Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs where she received a Master in Public Policy and Administration with a concentration International Economic Policy and Management. Additionally, she holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology from Boston College.
