Biography
Nicole is a Group Manager (Senior Brand Manager) at Starbucks Coffee Company, leading the $600M+ Food Business for US Licensed Stores. Nicole leads a team of 2, spearheading all new product innovation, assortment strategy, and licensee engagement. During her 10-year tenure, she has held various leadership roles in product management across Food, Merchandise, and At-Home Coffee. Nicole attended UCLA Anderson's Graduate School of Business, majoring in Marketing. Prior to enrolling in graduate school, Nicole worked for Bloomberg LP in San Francisco for 6 years in Customer Success and Analytics, helping her clients navigate the 2008 financial crisis. Nicole graduated cum laude from Harvard University in 2006, earning her degree in economics and was on the Dean's list (top 15%) at UCLA Anderson.
