Biography

Jingyu is a rising second-year undergraduate at Stanford interested in majoring in Chemistry and pursuing a career at the intersection of clinical and academic medicine. She is currently working with the Greicius Lab in Stanford’s neuroscience department. She is looking forward to using Long Read Sequencing to identify structural variants that may have significant implications in the genesis and development of neurodegenerative diseases. Outside of academics, Jingyu loves playing badminton, hiking, watching documentaries, and reading historical fiction novels. She is always ready to receive a book or song recommendation!
