Biography

Fay graduated cum laude with high honors from Harvard College and began her career at J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking Division in the Technology group, covering IPOs and M&A transactions for software companies. In 2023, she joined Charlesbank Capital Partners as a private equity investor in their $20B fund.

During college, Fay was a research fellow at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, where she first-authored a paper on AL amyloidosis and represented Harvard in an international bioengineering competition. As co-president of the Harvard College Music Collective, she DJed part-time in Boston clubs. Fay trained with the China National Ballet’s prep school, in its 7-year apprenticeship program.
