Spring Campus Visits bring together a myriad of emotions—marking the close of seniors’ college journeys as they prepare to graduate while also recognizing the completion of another successful academic year for all Scholars.

In Spring 2026, the Milken Scholars Program visited 75 Scholars in person across the country, totaling 22 universities in 14 states. These visits continue to be a meaningful opportunity to spend time with Scholars, learn more about their experiences, and explore how the Program can continue to support their academic and professional goals.

Reflecting on her experience, Isamar Zhu, MS ’22, shared, “The Campus Visits are a really good time to reflect because you [staff] ask us how our semester is going and ask about things that happened last semester. Since so much happens in the semester, it’s nice to think about these things and to know that you [the Program] care and check in with how we’re doing.”

Whether meeting with one Scholar or several on a campus, each visit is an opportunity to connect in a personal and intentional way, as Scholars open up about the joys and challenges of student life. Campus Visits also create touching memories for Scholars to share about the places they love on their campuses. This semester, Campus Visits included stops at favorite study areas, a woodwork shop, favorite campus rooftop views and even dorm tours. From casual walks around campus to shared meals and photos along the way, these bring the Scholars community closer together.

As the academic year comes to a close, the Program congratulates the 23 graduating seniors and wishes them continued success in their next chapters. All Scholars are encouraged to stay engaged and continue building community by sharing their time, talent, and support with the Milken Scholars Alumni Fund.

The Program looks forward to bringing current Scholars and Alumni together again this summer at the Recognition Ceremonies in New York, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C.!
