Biography

Susan Chor graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied Biology and East Asian Languages & Civilizations (EALC). She was a volunteer EMT for Penn, and a research intern for a Penn Medicine cancer biology lab, where she explored her interests in applied and translational medicine. The summer after graduating from Penn, Susan took the opportunity to intern at Oppenheimer & Co, Inc. in equity research with a focus on biotechnology and diagnostics, to explore another application of medical research. Following a successful internship period, Susan was offered a full-time position on the same team she interned with, and continues to work at the intersection of medical advancements and finance as an Equity Research Associate. In her spare time, she likes to stay active, eat and cook good food, and go on local adventures. Susan is studying to receive her MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
