Sofia Williams

Biography

Sofia Williams is a first-year studying political science at Stanford. She is a University News Desk Editor for the Stanford Daily and a member of Stanford in Government. This summer, Sofia will be a research intern examining election trends under Stanford's political science department. Sofia is a graduate of Mira Costa High School, a National Merit Commended Scholar and the former editor-in-chief for La Vista Newspaper and the Papercut Literary Magazine. She served as Co-Director of Teens for Press Freedom, receiving the Press Freedom Teaching Award from the International Global Youth & News Media Prize.
