Biography

Samuel Sosa Sanchez is a rising junior at the University of Pennsylvania studying Computer Science. He graduated from Alliance Gertz-Ressler High School in Los Angeles, where he conducted machine learning research through Stanford's SHTEM program and earned a Lumiere Education scholarship to research ML techniques for skin cancer classification. At Penn, he is Co-President of the Wharton Undergraduate Data Analytics Club and a member of POLIS, Penn's government and policy club. Last summer, he interned at Caltech improving ML pipelines for image regeneration in biological contexts. This summer, he is a software engineering intern at Fuser, an AI-powered creative production startup.
