Biography
Sally Williams, a graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School, is a rising junior at Harvard College studying a joint in Theater, Dance, and Media and Social Anthropology with a Citation in the Korean Language. Sally volunteers as a director for the Phillips Brooks House Association’s (PBHA) Chinatown ESL program that provides English language classes to adult immigrants in the greater Boston area. She is also a member of PBHA’s Chan Stride organization that dedicates time to reflecting about service and how to help communities more effectively, as well as how to work in a team for community organizing projects. Recreationally Sally dances as a member of Harvard’s Asian American Dance Troupe performing in semesterly showcases. Outside of club activities she works as a Learning Lab Undergraduate Fellow at the Bok Center’s Learning Lab helping implement creativity and innovation in course designs and supporting new activities and developments.
