Biography

Rebecca grew up in Los Angeles and attended Valley Torah High School, graduating as valedictorian in 2017. After a gap year studying Judaic texts, Rebecca attended Harvard College, graduating with a concentration in History and Science in 2022. After graduation, she accepted a research assistant position at the Opioid Laboratory in the Division on Substance Use Disorders at the NY State Psychiatric Institute at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. In 2024, she transitioned to a Clinical Research Coordinator role at Mount Sinai's Addiction Institute, where she worked until starting a clinical psychology doctoral program. Currently, Rebecca is in her first year at Kean University's School and Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program (Psy.D.). Her research and clinical interests include substance use disorders, trauma, and relationship functioning.
