Merry Tola

Biography

Merry Tola, a graduate of Benjamin Banneker High School, is a National African American Recognition Scholar and member of the Spanish Honor Society. She is the Co-founder and President of Community Projects Club, where she coordinates fundraisers to support women’s shelters and help youth with care packages. Volunteering over 150 hours at Howard University Hospital, Merry was also a biotechnical research assistant at the Carnegie Institute for Science. A QuestBridge Match, Merry studies biology at Northwestern University.
