Biography
Kim Foo Chow has over two decades of experience in engineering and financial services. As a Risk Manager at a leading global bank, he oversees strategic risk assessments for artificial intelligence, digital assets, and new product initiatives. Throughout his career, he has focused on solving complex operational challenges and leading transformation projects that improve the client experience.
For Kim Foo, professional success is most rewarding when it is used to help others reach their own goals. An educator at heart, he previously taught Cornell University's advanced math and engineering courses and Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies graduate level Risk Management program. Today, he continues to foster the next generation by assisting high school students with the college application process and providing pro-bono tutoring. His dedication to the community also extends to supporting healthcare leaders, mobilizing local networks to create and donate handcrafted essential supplies to support patients in neonatal, palliative, elder, and veterans care.
Kim Foo holds a Master’s in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Agricultural & Biological Engineering, both from Cornell University.
