Jonali Gaylor

Biography

Jonali Gaylor is a sophomore at Hampton University studying Computer Science. This summer, she interned with Amazon as a recipient of the Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship. A graduate of McKinley Technology High School, Jonali was an AP Scholar and College Board National African American Recognition Awardee. Jonali founded her school’s Hack Club and was co-captain of soccer and flag football. While interning with DC’s Department of Public Works, Jonali helped to improve waste collection processes and co-designed a GIS map inviting users to navigate the city via its murals.
