Biography

Jay Knight, MD, is a physician, healthcare leader, author, speaker, and artist. A practicing gynecologic oncologist, he serves as Regional Director and Director of Quality for Gynecologic Oncology at Atlantic Health System.

Beyond his clinical work, Jay is passionate about addressing what he describes as the "healthcare workforce public health emergency." Through writing, speaking, and leadership, he advocates for a more sustainable healthcare system—one where the well-being of healthcare professionals and the needs of patients are not competing priorities.

Jay is the author of The 78-Day Spiritual Reset and explores themes of presence, purpose, and personal transformation through writing and photography. As a Milken Scholars alumnus, he values opportunities to connect, mentor, and collaborate with fellow scholars to create meaningful change.
