Biography

Felix Bulwa graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from Harvard University with a degree in Social Studies, focusing on American education and democracy. He received a minor in Theater, Dance & Media and a language citation in Spanish. Awarded the Harvard British Teaching Fellowship, Felix taught mathematics at Stowe School in the UK. Prior to his current role with LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, he worked coordinating trips and rallies in Pennsylvania with the Harris for President campaign. Interested in local and state government, Felix has also worked in the offices of Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, the LA District Attorney, and California Governor Gavin Newsom.
