Felix Bulwa, a graduate and valedictorian of North Hollywood High School, was a National AP Scholar and National Merit Scholar. As captain of Speech and Debate, he led his teammates in multiple competitions, including the National Catholic Forensics League and Duke Moot Court. Felix served as parliamentarian for his delegation for Youth and Government, and spent summers as a “sighted buddy” at Camp Bloomfield, a summer camp for blind children. A future lawyer, Felix is studying government, sociology and education at Harvard. Outside of class, he teaches civics to local Boston elementary schools, staffs Harvard Model Congress conferences, serves as a counselor for Camp Kesem, performs improv comedy, and captains the Harvard Horntails Quidditch team.
