Biography

Esther Madar is currently completing her first year at Reichman University, pursuing a dual degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. Throughout her first year, Esther has focused on expanding her knowledge, , building meaningful connections with entrepreneurs, , and exploring opportunities that combine innovation, leadership, and impact. Driven by a passion for creativity and problem solving, Esther will be leading the Innovation Club at Reichman University next year, where she hopes to inspire students to think entrepreneurially and develop new ideas. She will also be pursuing a minor in Marketing to further strengthen her understanding of branding, communication, and connecting ideas with people. Before beginning her studies in Israel, Esther was deeply involved in leadership and community initiatives in Los Angeles, including founding and leading Lead to Success Club and Yozma Israel Chair. Her experiences have shaped her passion for empowering others, building communities, and creating positive change. As she continues her journey in entrepreneurship and innovation, Esther is excited and open to continue learning, developing new skills, and making more connections that will make an impact.
