Christian Mendez graduated from Yale with a degree in Engineering Science-Chemical. While at school Christian has engaged in various research projects particularly in renewable energy. After his freshman year, he participated in the STARs summer research program where his area of research centered on dye-sensitized solar cells. In his sophomore and junior year, he participated in labs focusing on air pollution analysis and electrochemical reduction of carbon dioxide. Aside from research, he has a job on campus as a Student Dining Hall Manager.
