Caroline Chiu

Biography

Caroline graduated from Columbia University with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and a Certificate in Premedical Studies. She held the distinction of serving as the President & Editor-in-Chief of the Columbia Daily Spectator, which is the second oldest college daily newspaper in the United States, with a staff of over 200 Columbia and Barnard undergraduate students. After graduation, she held strategy and management roles at VICE Media and Oliver Wyman. She is currently a Medical Assistant at Forward, a preventative care startup.

Hot off the presses: This week Caroline Chiu, MS '13 was named the President and Editor-in-Chief of the Columbia Daily Spectator, becoming the first Asian-American woman to hold the post. The Daily Spectator is the second oldest college daily newspaper and has a staff of over 200 Columbia and Barnard undergraduate students. Congratulations!
