Nominations are collected online through the SurveyMonkey portal[https://milkenscholars.smapply.io/prog/nomination] that will be active only during the Nomination Period as described in the Selections Timeline. College Counselors or School Representatives who have used SurveyMonkey in the past to nominate students to the Milken Scholars Program can access the nomination page using the same login credentials.
