Biography

Serge is a Principal Data Scientist, Azure Global, Microsoft Corporation after having served as a Principal Consultant at Redmond Analytics, LLC. He previously worked as Senior Quantitative Manager at Microsoft. Serge completed his Ph.D. in Statistical Genetics at the University of Washington in 2014. His research is on whole genome quantitative trait prediction, the use of full DNA sequences rather than single genes to model e.g. disease risks and drug responses. His commercial pursuits in financial risk management and application of quantitative techniques to software are being channeled through Redmond Analytics.
