Biography

Megan is Director, Customer Experience, at Southern California Edison (SCE) where she leads a team of 80 employees responsible for marketing, digital, customer journey designs, customer analytics and information governance. She has worked in various capacities at SCE since June 2003. Prior to her current role, she was the Principal Manager of the Product Development & Division Management Office at SCE. Megan earned her MBA at UCLA.
