Biography

John Alvarez is a graduate of Cornell University, where he studied Biology & Society in pursuit of a career in medicine and public health. He has been a frequent volunteer and intern at hospitals in New York throughout his life and has completed the intensive Medical Scholars Pipeline Program at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. John has also worked as a Critical Care Tech in the Medical ICU at North Shore University Hospital while applying to medical school. He is currently studying medicine at Hofstra University.
